About Me

Karuna Therapy is run by a certified therapist Hana Mandikova. Hana uses a person-centered and psychodynamic approach to help clients gain deeper insight into their challenges. Hana's core belief is based on providing a safe and non-judgemental environment for clients to find healing from adverse events and create healthy coping mechanisms to live fulfilling lives. Hana is registered with BACP in the U.K.
